October 2025 saw Mahoney Contracts successfully hand over Surbiton Care Centre for Dignity Funeral Directors, to improve the care facility offering for Kingston upon Thames.
The scheme involved the transformation and downsizing of a former car service centre into a bespoke fit for purpose Care Centre, in just 10 weeks! By working closely with the client and architect throughout the pre-construction phase, our keen value engineering skills were put to the test developing a proposal to meet the operational needs of the business, whilst meeting budgetary and time constraints.
Having significant involvement throughout the life cycle of the scheme, we’re proud with the finished product and facility provided to the Kingston area.
