Earlier this month we introduced our first Wellbeing Week. The week-long event was about us taking time together to pause, recharge, and focus on what is really means to be well – at work and beyond.
Across the week, employees took part in a range of activities designed to support mental, physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing, from expert-led sessions and practical workshops to moments of reflection and connection.
The week reinforced our ongoing commitment to creating a supportive, healthy workplace where people feel valued, balanced, and empowered to bring their best selves to work every day.
